Changelog
What's new in statusloop
Releases of the product, from the first monitors to the current version. Each note says what changed and who it is for.
- v1.0.12New
The homepage and /contact now send a real message. Pick a topic, choose a language, and get a written reply — usually within a day, with no call to book.
- Topics cover pricing, setup, migrations, security, and everything else.
- Replies are in English or German, from a person, not a ticket queue.
- The contact block on the homepage shows how support is doing before you write.
- v1.0.11New
Everything in the app is written down at /docs — monitors, servers, healthchecks, incidents, alerts, status pages, and billing. Search is on, and Docs is in the navigation.
- Thirty-two pages, written from the product rather than a feature list.
- Search across the docs, with a page for each plan limit.
- Linked from the navbar and the footer, next to Changelog and Status.
- v1.0.10New
GitHub joins Google and email on the login and invite screens. Same account, same workspace — one more way in.
- Continue with GitHub sits next to Google on login and when you accept an invite.
- It uses the same sign-in flow as Google. No separate password to keep.
- A GitHub account still needs an email address before it can open a workspace.
- v1.0.9New
Each project can publish a status page on its own statusloop.dev address, with components, branding, maintenance windows, an embeddable badge, and a JSON feed.
- Pages live at {slug}.statusloop.dev, with a history view. Unpublished slugs 404.
- Components can follow a monitor or be updated by hand. Maintenance windows cover the ones you pick.
- Embed a badge or pull GET /api/status.json. Custom domains are not in this release.
- v1.0.8Improved
The site follows your system theme and lets you override it. Legal pages are in English, and the integration marks are the real product logos.
- System is the default. Light and Dark are one click away in the navbar.
- Imprint, privacy, and terms live at /imprint, /privacy, and /terms. The old German URLs redirect.
- Slack, Telegram, Discord, and the rest use their own marks instead of generic icons.
- v1.0.7Fixed
Every status link on the site now goes to health.statusloop.dev, including the navbar, the footer, and the uptime figure in the hero strip.
- One URL for whether statusloop itself is up.
- The 99.99% figure in the strip links there, instead of a dead or old path.
- Navbar and footer use the same address, so the two never disagree.
- v1.0.6Improved
Monitors, healthchecks, and servers are either silent or attached to one escalation policy. The old "notify me" toggle is gone.
- Notifications are off, or one policy. There is no half-on state.
- Email, Slack, Discord, and SMS actually send. PagerDuty, phone, and webhooks are labeled for later.
- SMS is limited to Business and Scale, and only when Twilio is configured.
- v1.0.5New
Upgrade from Free without emailing anyone. Checkout and the customer portal are Stripe. Yearly billing charges ten months.
- Free, Essentials (€25), Pro (€75), and Business (€225) per month. Scale is quoted, not self-serve.
- The app enforces monitors, healthchecks, servers, status pages, seats, and the fastest check interval.
- Only the workspace owner sees Billing and Usage. Card, cancel, and invoices go through Stripe.
