Data processing agreement (DPA)

1. Subject matter
This agreement governs the processing of personal data by statusloop (“processor”) on behalf of the customer (“controller”) when using the monitoring platform.
2. Nature of processing
The processor processes contact data, access credentials and technical monitoring data (URLs, check results, alert delivery) as required to operate the platform.
3. Place of processing
Processing takes place in the European Union. Sub-processors are engaged only with prior notice to the customer.
4. Obligations
The processor processes data only on documented instructions, implements technical and organisational measures, and assists the customer with data subject requests and breach notifications.
5. Execution
The binding DPA is provided on request: hello@statusloop.dev.
