3. Interval: 1–5 minutes depending on plan

After your scheduled function succeeds, ping statusloop:

Create a healthcheck with matching period and grace period.

statusloop cannot query Firestore directly. Expose a health HTTP endpoint that verifies Firestore read/write (or Auth token validation) and monitor that URL.
